How the Recovery Process Works

A compliance-first workflow from property research through claim status.

1. Intake and matching

We match the property address, county, owner name, and approximate foreclosure date to available records.

2. Sale and holder verification

The research team confirms whether the sale completed, who conducted it, where funds may be held, and whether a claimant has already appeared.

3. Entitlement screening

We identify ownership, deceased-owner, probate, bankruptcy, and competing-lien issues. Legal questions are paused for attorney review.

4. Written agreement

No outreach specialist may quote a fee or send an agreement until the state-specific template and case are approved.

5. Documents and claim status

Approved administrative documents are collected securely. Court pleadings, probate, interpleader, and legal representation are handled by licensed counsel.
